Villa Ekim is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property located in Ovacik in South West Turkey. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the lively resort of Hisaronu and a 10 min bus ride (dolmus) to the beautiful Olu Deniz beach. Fethyie is also only 15 minutes away by bus.

This is a private villa set over 3 levels with its own gated entrance. Steps lead down into the front garden area, with access to the private pool.

Upon entering the property, you come into a spacious reception area with access to the fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and electric hob.

The open plan lounge is situated on the ground floor with fire and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The living room is air conditioned. The patio doors in the living room and kitchen lead onto a spacious private wrap around terrace, which also allows access to the private pool, pool area and gardens. The gardens are well appointed, and we welcome you to make use of the brick built barbeque and dine al-fresco.

Marble stairs take you to the first floor where you find the master bedroom with it’s own en -suite, private balcony and air conditioning .The upper floor also has a twin bedroom, again complete with air conditioning a private balcony and a family bathroom. There are a further 2 bedrooms on the lower ground floor one of which is a twin room and the other a double room with air conditioning, there is also a family bathroom on the lower ground floor.

We also have a chill out room with 2 comfy double sofa beds where we have a good selection of books for those that want to escape those hot days and relax. There is also a tv and Blue-Ray dvd player with a selection of dvd’s in the chill out room if your kids want to watch a movie to keep them entertained. The villa also has free WIFI.
